Delete your account

You can delete your Baby Cocoon account and your data from the app at any time.

1. Open Baby Cocoon.
2. Tap your photo on Today.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm. If you use Apple, confirm again with Apple at the end.

What is deleted

• Your account and your access.
• Your moments, comments and reactions, and your profile photo, together with their photos.
• Your notification token.
• If you are the only owner and nobody else can take over, the whole family, the baby profile and its photos.

What is kept

• The family care records (feeds, sleep, diapers, measurements, vaccines) stay as the family record and appear as "Former member".
• If you are an owner and others remain, the longest-standing owner takes your place; if there is no other member with edit rights, the whole family is deleted.
• The purchase status linked to your identifier, kept for billing reconciliation.

If you cannot sign in to the app, write from your account email to privacy@{{DOMINIO}} and we will handle your cancellation request (ARCO). More information in the Privacy Notice.
