Frequently asked questions
How do I invite my partner to the Family
In the app open Family and tap Invite. Share the code or the link with your partner; it expires in 7 days. Your partner opens Baby Cocoon, picks "I have an invitation" and enters the code.
How does sync work
Your data is saved on your phone first and syncs with your family when you are online.
How do I delete my account and data
In the app go to Settings and tap Delete account. Your account and your own data are erased from our servers and your phone, and it cannot be undone; you can export your data first. More detail at /en/delete-account. You can also write to the contact email.
How do I send feedback from TestFlight
In TestFlight open Baby Cocoon, take a screenshot and tap "Share Beta Feedback". Describe what happened and send it; we read everything.
